My name is Bergljot (but you can call me Bergy), and I am here to guide you back to your inner voice and inner compass.
About me
I’ve been on a journey to reconnect with my inner voice since my life shifted in 2012, when I realized just how easily we can lose touch with ourselves. This experience has given me a profound understanding of how life can sometimes feel overwhelming or demanding—perhaps you feel it, too.
Over many years of exploring various spiritual paths, I’ve built a solid toolkit that I’m genuinely excited to share with you. My goal is to help you rediscover your authentic self, so you can embrace life and share the unique gifts you were meant to offer.
I share my gifts through guidance in Human Design, QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), yoga, meditation, chakra work, cacao, and customized coaching packages. Overview of selected courses and certifications:
I have been teaching yoga since completing my RYT200 training in 2015, and in the years since, I have participated in countless courses, workshops and trainings within yoga and other spiritual traditions. My yoga journey has had a special focus on the chakras, and I have taught chakra yoga courses for both larger and smaller groups, as well as for upcoming yoga instructors. In addition to chakra work, I like to teach vinyasa, flow, restorative and meditative yoga. I currently teach at my own studio in Oppdal, as well as at Chill Oppdal. In 2022, I became a "Recommended Reader" via DayLuna Human Design. Since then, I have given readings to people from all over the world, with the goal of helping them find their way forward in life, in touch with their unique gifts and their inner voice. In the same year, I completed the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) training developed by Dolores Cannon, and I am now actively working on conducting more sessions to achieve Level 2 certification. In 2024, I became a Contemplative Energy Work Practitioner through Lisa Erickson's Enlightened Energetics. This education gave me an even deeper insight into energy work and the chakras, which has further enriched my work.

Human Design

Human Design shows you what unique gifts you are here to share with the world, based on the exact time and place in the world that you were born.
