Service Description
This package can be done via video if you cannot come to Oppdal. This package is suitable for those who want to explore and learn more about the chakras, and to understand any blockages or challenges in your current life from a chakra perspective. I have extensive experience teaching about the chakras and am passionate about sharing this knowledge and tools with others. The chakras give us a roadmap to be able to look at the psycho-emotional patterns that unfold in our lives, and we can train ourselves to change our energetic signature so that the external reality of our lives changes as well. You will receive 1.5 hours of private chakra yoga (based on your wishes and needs, it can be anything from a physical flow class to a more restorative and meditative experience where we explore mudra, mantra and visualization). You will also receive 1.5 hours of private cocoa yoga where we combine cocoa meditation with a restorative/meditative yoga class, based on your unique circumstances and wishes. This coaching package is around 8 weeks and after this journey you will most likely have experienced changes in old thought patterns and anchoring into a new and higher consciousness. DSC_1802.jpg Overview and suggested course: Week 1: 45 minutes: Introduction via video or here in Oppdal. Mapping your needs, physical conditions, desires, goals and dreams. Introduction to cocoa and joint cocoa meditation Week 2: 1.5 hours: Chakra session. Mapping your current life situation before we go through exercises, theory and other tools for balancing your chakras. Week 3: Personal time for processing, practicing and integrating a new energy signature Week 4: 30 minutes: debrief and questions/answers after the first chakra session Week 5: 1.5 hours: Private yoga class with chakra focus Week 6: 1 hour: Chakra session, introduction of new exercises and methods to enhance the effects after the first session, as well as handling any new life situations that have arisen in the meantime Week 7: Personal time for processing, practicing and integrating a new energy signature + 1.5 hours: Private cocoa yoga Week 8: 45 minutes: Debrief & cocoa meditation together for the way forward Price: 4444,- Please contact me well in advance if you would like to order ceremonial cocoa before the coaching. The weeks are planned together so that we find times that work optimally for both parties in a separate meeting/in writing via email. This is agreed upon after booking.

Etter dette regnes det som en ny booking. Betaling: Alle bookinger må betales på forhånd for å bekrefte timen. Booking er først gyldig når betalingen er mottatt. Gyldighet for pakker og klippekort: Klippekort og coachingpakker er gyldige i 6 måneder fra kjøpsdato, med mindre annet er spesifisert.
