Private Cacao Yoga with QHHT or HD

Service Description
Different prices and different lengths of the coaching program are based on your choice of either QHHT or HD, see more information further down this page. Cacao Yoga is a combination of cacao meditation with ceremonial grade cacao plus restorative/meditative yoga. All levels and prerequisites are welcome. I have bolsters, blocks and blankets at my studio in Oppdal, and it is nice if you have access to these aids if you want to have the classes over video. QHHT can give you answers to everything you might be wondering about, and is a fantastic method to get in touch with your higher self (Dolores Cannon calls it "SC" or "Subconscious"/"Superconscious"). Sessions usually take 4-5 hours and you can experience fantastic healing for the physical body in addition to getting answers to everything from past lives to current challenges and future dreams. Human Design is the science that shows us how we are all unique, and you get a deep dive into your personal design which is based on the exact time and place when you were born. What gifts are you here to share? How can you best manage your energy throughout the day? How do you best communicate with others? Human Design gives you practical tools that guide you on your path to a life in the flow zone. Overview and suggested course: Week 1: 45 minutes: Introduction via video or here in Oppdal. Mapping your needs, desires, goals and dreams. Introduction to cocoa and shared cacao meditation Week 2: 1.5 hours: Private cacao yoga tailored to you and your body, your goals and your prerequisites Week 3: 5 hours QHHT or 2 hours Human Design reading Week 4: 1 week of personal time for reflection after QHHT or 2 weeks of personal time implementing HD tools Week 5/6: 30 minutes: QHHT Debrief or HD Q&A Week 6/7: 1.5 hours: Private cacao yoga where we include themes that have emerged in your experience with either QHHT or HD Week 6/7: 45 minutes: Cacao meditation together for your path forward Price with QHHT: 4777,- Price with HD: 3777,- Please contact me well in advance if you would like to order ceremonial cacao before the coaching. The weeks are planned together so that we find times that work optimally for both parties in a separate meeting/in writing via email. This is agreed upon after booking. You will receive an audio recording via email after the QHHT or HD reading which must be downloaded within 3 days.
Cancellation Policy
Avbestillingsregler: Timer, sessions og readings må avbestilles senest innen 48 timer før avtalt tid. Beløpet er ikke refunderbart etter dette. Uteblivelse (No-show): Ved uteblivelse refunderes ikke beløpet, og timen kan ikke flyttes. Flytting av timer: Coachingtimer kan flyttes én gang dersom dette avtales minst 24 timer før oppsatt tid. Etter dette regnes det som en ny booking. Betaling: Alle bookinger må betales på forhånd for å bekrefte timen. Booking er først gyldig når betalingen er mottatt. Gyldighet for pakker og klippekort: Klippekort og coachingpakker er gyldige i 6 måneder fra kjøpsdato, med mindre annet er spesifisert. Medisinsk ansvar: Hvis du har fysiske eller mentale helseutfordringer, anbefaler vi på det sterkeste at du konsulterer legen din før du deltar i yoga, coaching eller andre tjenester vi tilbyr. Ansvarsfraskrivelse: All informasjon som deles under coachingtimer, readings og yogatimer er ment som veiledning. Endringer og kanselleringer: Vi forbeholder oss retten til å endre tidspunkter eller avlyse timer ved uforutsette hendelser. I slike tilfeller vil ny tid avtales, eller beløpet refunderes. Ankomsttid: For fysiske møter, vennligst møt opp 5–10 minutter før avtalt tid. Forsinkelser på mer enn 15 minutter kan føre til at timen kanselleres uten refusjon.
